Registration for PHA Formal Recruitment closes Friday, September 13th at 9:00 am.The registration fee is $10 and can be paid online during registration. The registration fee helps cover the costs of all supplies & software used to facilitate the recruitment process.
Formal Recruitment is held over one weekend, September 13-15 and availability at each round is imperative in order to receive a bid on Sunday, 9/15. If you have any scheduling issues, please contact kmurphy46@capital.edu to discuss options.
Weekend & (Approximate) Time Commitments: Friday, September 13th - 5pm to 10pm (Open House round) Saturday, September 14th - 12pm to 4:30pm (Philanthropy round) Sunday, September 15th - 8am to 12pm (Preference round) and 4pm-onwards (Bid Day activities)
Atttendance at one of the two offered Panhellenic Recruitment Overview Sessions is mandatory in order to participate in Formal Recruitment. They will be held Monday, September 9th at 7pm and Thursday, September 12th at 7pm. Each session will be no more than one hour. You may choose to wait to register until after attending one of the Overview Sessions prior to Formal Recruitment weekend, but must still register by 9:00 AM on Friday, 9/13.
